This year the special feature will be a grand 2 hour long Christmas parade at Park Street on 20th December from 10 am in the morning. On 25th December Park Street will be closed for all vehicle and more than 40 stalls will be set up all along the main street to serve delicacies from various communities along with goodies, cakes and Christmas decorations. From the beginning till the end of this grand fiesta every evening the whole area from St Paul’s Cathedral to Park Street and to Mullick Bazaar shall be illuminated with decorative Christmas theme lights.
Allen Garden will be the destination for all music lovers as every day there will live music performances by various bands from Kolkata and other parts of India. Special choir performances will also be held to celebrate the ‘Spirit of Christmas’.
