5. Kankaria Lake and Zoo

The entry fee is 20 Rupees and the wonder of the museum housed in the palace is certainly worth it. It is truly a tribute to the real hero. You can also visit the Camp Hanumanji Temple that is just a few minutes away from here.

10. Sarkhej Roja
People of all religions can visit this huge complex consisting of a mosque, tombs of the rulers and their ladies, a palace along with a pond. During their ruling days, this place would have been so splendid and amazing. All tourists should definitely visit this peaceful sightseeing destination.

12. Dada Hari Vav
Dada Hari Vav is certainly a “wow” experience. It is an unexploited, exotic and a non popular spot. A must visit place for history lovers and photographers. Check out the step well and it would surely amaze you to see the architecture underground.

13. Akshardham Temple
Akshardham Temple is located at Gandhinagar, which is approximately 30 kilometers from Ahmedabad proper. You cannot miss out on this wonderful temple if you are visiting Ahmedabad. Also on the way to the temple, you can have a halt at Vaishnodevi Temple on Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway and check out this stunning replica of Vaishnodevi shrine.
